Guardian Angel

Your Comm-Trac™ "Guardian Angel" will be an EDM project manager experienced with deployments, technical support and management of data systems who will be available to provide personal assistance to your system administrator. Your “Guardian Angel” will have access to your database (not as an administrator) and provide guidance to help you take full advantage of Comm-Trac™ and its functional power. Fixed Fees are charged per month, for a term determined by you, based on your needs. We suggest that employing a “Guardian Angel” for a period of 3 months after initial deployment can be very helpful to you getting the most out of your system.
