System Tune-up

During the first year or two of operation, it is helpful to have someone who is intimately familiar with Comm-Trac™ provide input to the administrator or key users on how to optimize performance and get the most out of your system. The purchase of a "Tune-Up" provides a Comm-Trac™ specialist for up to 10 hours to review your system utilization, offer optimizing suggestions, conduct additional training, or address whatever you think might be the best use of time to improve your user’s experience. There is a Fixed Fee charge for a "Tune-Up" session, which can be scheduled whenever you feel the need.
